Bonnie Anderson

Bonnie Anderson is a natural-born performer. Having grown up surrounded by musical family and friends, including her mother who is also a singer, Bonnie’s childhood paved the way for her talents as she spent family time playing music and singing. When she wasn’t surrounded by bands and musicians, Bonnie also took inspiration from her Godfather, Australian world champion boxer Lionel Rose.

In 2007, Australian audiences fell in love with Bonnie’s incredible talent as the then 12 year old won first place in Australia’s Got Talent. Bonnie has come a long way since then!

In addition to her vocal training, Bonnie also plays both piano and guitar. 2009 was a turning point for Bonnie and saw her tour with Australian icon, Jimmy Barnes, as a backing vocalist. She was invited to perform at “The Great Gatsby” Australian Premier after-party in front of Australian film and music royalty, taking on one of the powerhouse tracks from the movie.

Bonnie was fortunate enough to have her performance of Lana Del Rey’s “Young and Beautiful” personally directed by Baz Luhrmann himself! The legendary director was so taken with Bonnie and her talent that he participated in her performance, even proclaiming the compliment “My God, you are a great singer” while walking her through rehearsals.

Bonnie has now played at more than 150 gigs, released the singles 'Raise the Bar,' and 'Blackout.'
