Where can I see your acts performing?

Some bands have regular gigs at public venues OR we may be able to organize for you to have a quick look at a private function.
 

Do you have any demos of your acts that I can view?

Where possible we include You-Tube links in the quote or attach soundgrabs to the email. We also have demos on our website that you can access. We also have CD’s or DVD’s that we can mail to you if necessary.

How do I confirm a booking?

We prefer confirmation in writing (email is fine). We will then generate a contract and a 50% deposit invoice which is to be paid within 14 days. A balance invoice will be generated the week prior to the function and is payable by the function date.  If the function date is within a month of confirming we will issue an invoice for the full amount which is payable by the function date.
 

What information do I need to give you for a quote?

Some of the information required includes:
• Your name, address, email and mobile number
• Venue name and address
• Type of function
• Function start/end time
• Number of guests
• Is there any theme

How do I pay for my entertainment?

Payment options are: cheque, direct bank transfer, Mastercard or Visa (as detailed on the invoice).
 

What happens if I need to cancel my entertainment booking due to an emergency?

If you have to cancel your entertainment, we need to know immediately. If you need to cancel we require written notification.  Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations made within 30 days of the event (60 days for November/December) will require fullpayment of fees.  
 

Do you provide assistance after hours?

The after hours mobile number is 0414 564 333.  This is for emergency situations only.
 

What information is required prior to the function?

Some of the information required 10 days prior to your function is:

• The name and mobile contact on the day
• The time can the band access the venue to set-up
• Dress Code (is it black tie?)
• A run sheet / program of events (we can help with this also)
• Where the change room / green room is located
• What arrangements have you made for parking
 

Are there any additional costs that may occur?

The quoted fee is for the act to arrive and perform in the time-frame specified in the quote.

The quote will also outline other costs to be supplied / paid for by the client such as change rooms, parking, stage, meals and refreshments.

If performers are from interstate airfares, accommodation, all meals and transfers will also need to be booked / paid for by the client. Floorshows and some bands require you/venue to provide / pay for production (PA, mixers, microphones, foldback etc.)

Extra fees may be incurred after quoting for things such as early set-up/late bump out or a planning meeting prior to the event.
 

What if I can’t find what I want on your website?

The number of entertainment options is vast, so not all are on this website. If you have an idea or act in mind, please discuss it with us. We often have requests for acts which we can source.
