Playing a wide selection of popular music ranging from the forties jazz era through to the best of today’s music, Big Strum can be booked as a duo or up to a nine piece band.From smooth dinner and cocktail music to soulful grooves and party dance hits, Big Strum creates the perfect atmosphere for any event.
Since 1993 the Big Strum has been in great demand for weddings, corporate functions and special events and has performed extensively on the Sydney pub and club circuit. They have also held residencies at five star hotels and casinos both in Australia and overseas.
Members of Big Strum have played with the "who’s who" of the music industry including Natalie Cole, Julian Lennon, Doug Parkinson, Dragon, Tom Jones, Thelma Housten, Tommy Emmanuel,Don Burrows, Jackie Love and Mark Williams as well as writing and recording commercials for radio and television.
