Catherine Hunter is one of the most captivating and exciting vocalists in jazz today.She is much in demand with Australia’s leading jazz artists and a popular highlight at festivals.Catherine has been a featured vocalist with the James Morrison quartet and Don Burrows.
Catherine was a regular performer on the Midday Show and her debut CD, "Seam" was released in January 1999.
Featuring a unique line-up of vibes, guitar and double bass, this smooth setup is the perfect complement to a sophisticated evening, easily moving from cool swing and bossa novas to light dance music.The quartet can include saxophone and drums for larger events.
