Lily Dior
Lily Dior is well established as one of Australia's foremost jazz and soul singers.
A performer of undeniable style and presence, Lily has captivated audiences and critics alike since her debut as one of Jackie Orszaczky's 'incomparable (SMH), Godmothers'.
Long considered a vital and unique voice on the Sydney scene, Lily's musical journey began on the north coast of NSW and has taken her around the world, highlights being performances with legendary US jazz singer Mark Murphy in New York and with The Manhattan Jazz Quintet, Lyric Theatre.
Since the release of her debut CD 'Invitation', Lily has been in constant demand at Australia's top jazz festivals. She was featured in "The Pulse", a series aired on the ABC, showcasing the finest of Contemporary Australian Jazz and has appeared twice on the popular program 'The O'Loghlan Show' as well as ABC's 'The Arts Show'.
