Errol Renaud and Caribbean Soul
Errol H. Renaud was born in the Caribbean twin island state of Trinidad and Tobago. He started as an entertainer with the Ujamaa performing company and the culture of the Caribbean became a way of life. He has been to over twenty countries spreading the message of Soca, Reggae, Calypso, the Steelpan, limbo and other music and dance from his birth place. he toured with the famous Trinidad Cavaliers for three years, and has formed his own bands called Tnt Heatwave, Creole, T-Vibes, Caribbean Soul and was an original member of the first authentic reggae band that was formed in Australia - Un-Tabu.
Errol is now based in Sydney, playing his brand of music with a rich Caribbean flavour, a taste of conscious lyrics and a heavy dose of happiness. He has released two singles entitled "Feel our Feel" and "Carnival Dance", and four albums on CD: "Soca Man", "Judge Me Not", "The Message" and the recently completed "Panlove" .
Errol and his band Caribbean Soul most recent tours were to Cairo, Egypt in 2001 and China in 2005 for the Wuhan International Festival.
